culture yard in trenchtown
« Gepost op: Gisteren om 03:27 am »

culture yard in trenchtown is the place that we are hearing about in the song: no woman no cry..the famous government in trenchtown where they cook the cornmeal porridge.. this place can be visited, it has even the heritage trust label.. this is very interesting cause you feel like you are entering in the song itself.. the old volkswagen  bus from bob is still there, and also  his  statue and even one of his guitars.. beside there are several places related to bob marley s songs, as concrete jungle, that is a special part of trenchtown, and the famous second street , third street, etc.., from the song: natty dread .. i am  a tour guide carrying people there very often and i can tell you there is no danger in going to trenchtown where the people are always extremely glad to see foreigners visit them..this culture yard in trenchtown is really an interesting place, and a key to understand how bob marley comes from a humble origin.. this part of town is also the home of other artists as alton ellis or ken boothe or bunny wayler, really a place where the musical legend is originated..for more info you can contact me at: rootsmystory@yahoo.com

This sounds interesting!
Where do you base your tours from? Could you perhaps pick us up (2 persons), show us around in Kingston and drop us off in Treasure Beach?

What would that cost?

Thanks a lot
